As we are a not-for-profit organisation any profits that would normally be used to benefit owners or shareholders are instead used to reward our members.
Once you have built a team with at least 10 personally referred Warrior Chiefs and a group volume of at least $25,000 you will be a Warrior Chief Builder (WCB) and receive 2% of any undistributed profits through all levels to infinity or the next qualified WCB. This may not sound much but in the full pay plan examples you will see that this can be a massive monthly income.
Reach 25 personally referred Warrior Chiefs and a group volume of $50,000 and you will be a Warrior Chief Coach (WCC) and receive 4% of any undistributed profits through all levels to infinity or the next qualified WCC and 2% beyond the next WCB.
Reach 50 personally referred Warrior Chiefs and a group volume of $100,000 and you will be a Warrior Chief Leader (WCL) and receive 8% of any undistributed profits through all levels to infinity or the next qualified WCL, 4% beyond the next WCC and 6% beyond the next WCB.
